The controller of personal data for the Nodefront game (the “Game”) is Enterprise Lifeforce Platforms s.r.o., registered at Českolipská 917/6, Litoměřice 412 01, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”). This Policy explains what data is collected, on which legal grounds, and how you can exercise your rights. Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and other applicable laws.
The Game does not run a first-party backend. Your in-game progress is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. Data leaves your device only through the third-party SDKs listed below — this list is exhaustive:

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, the free edition will show a Consent Management Platform dialog (Google UMP or AppLovin CMP) on first launch. You may decline personalised ads — you will continue to see non-personalised ads instead.
We do not sell your data. Data is shared with the following processors:
Some processors operate servers outside the EEA, including in the United States and the Russian Federation. Such transfers are made under the safeguards provided by those processors (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses, EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable). You can review the safeguards via the privacy policies linked above.
Analytics data is retained by the processors according to their policies (typically up to 14 months). Payment records are retained by the stores for the periods required by tax and payment legislation. Local data is retained on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

Send requests to alexandrpotucek.elpsro@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You can delete local progress at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing its data in system settings. You can reset the advertising identifier in Android settings: Privacy → Ads.
The Game targets players aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child provided us with data, please write to alexandrpotucek.elpsro@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at this URL, with the effective date shown in the header. Material changes will also be reflected in a Game update. Continued use of the Game after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
By installing or using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Game and uninstall it from your device.
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device to which you have lawful access.
The Game offers the following paid items:
nodefront.remove_ads — removes advertising (non-consumable);nodefront.hard.small, nodefront.hard.medium, nodefront.hard.large — hard-currency bundles (consumable);nodefront.skin.neon, nodefront.skin.crt — cosmetic skins (non-consumable).No-Pay-to-Win principle: hard currency and IAP are used only for cosmetics, removing ads and respeccing upgrades. They do not accelerate campaign progression and do not unlock abilities inaccessible to free players.
All transactions are processed by the platform store (Google Play or RuStore). Refunds follow the rules of the respective store: Google Play, RuStore. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have additional withdrawal rights under national law; these prevail over the stores’ standard rules where applicable.
The free edition may show opt-in rewarded video ads. Ad viewing is always user-initiated: you receive a reward only when you explicitly request the ad. The premium edition contains no advertising.
You agree not to:
The Game is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or that your local progress will survive device failure. Please back up your device regularly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for IAP in the Game during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including consumer-protection laws and liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably (please write to alexandrpotucek.elpsro@gmail.com with a reply window of 30 days) are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Czech Republic at the registered seat of Enterprise Lifeforce Platforms s.r.o. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country remain unaffected.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
Nodefront is a computer program whose exclusive rights are held by Enterprise Lifeforce Platforms s.r.o. This EULA grants you the right to use the program on the terms set out below.
The licence is non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-transferable. You may install and run the Game on devices you own or lawfully control, running supported Android versions (or, where applicable, desktop platforms), for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not:
The Game includes third-party libraries, including libGDX, Kotlin/JetBrains Runtime, Google Play Services, Firebase SDK, AppMetrica SDK, AppLovin MAX SDK, RuStore SDK and AndroidX. Such components are provided by their respective rights-holders under their own licences (Apache License 2.0, MIT and similar), which prevail over this EULA with respect to those components.
The licence is effective from the moment you install the Game until you uninstall it or it is terminated under this EULA. The territory of use is worldwide, except for countries where distribution is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions regimes.
The licence terminates automatically on a material breach of this EULA. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the Game. Clauses on limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.
